Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a call, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and what you tell us about your background and your interest in franchise brokering. We also keep notes from our conversations with you.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our partners collect technical information such as your browser and device type, IP address and approximate location, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and how you interact with the page. We collect this using cookies, pixels and similar technologies from analytics and advertising providers.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your request and call you;
- prepare for and follow up on our conversation;
- send you emails and text messages about franchise brokering and related opportunities, where the law allows and, for texts, with your consent;
- measure and improve the website and our advertising, including showing you our ads on social media and other sites;
- protect the site, prevent misuse, and comply with the law.
Emails and text messages
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Agreeing to receive marketing texts is never a condition of requesting a call. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you about a call you requested.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, for example while we are in touch about franchise brokering, and as required for legal, tax or record-keeping reasons. Then we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have about you and get a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- ask us to delete your information;
- opt out of marketing, and of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising.

Children
The site and the call are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. By using the site, you understand that your information will be handled under U.S. law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will post a notice on the site.
